Kate Hess is a Texas-born, Los Angeles-based actress and comedian. She recently wrapped a leading role in the upcoming feature RUN AMOK opposite Eric Roberts and Bronson Pinchot, as well as a small supporting role in Sam Jones' next project, THE LAST COUNTRY BAND. She can next be seen in the independent pilot TEACHERINGS and the feature films THE CRIME OF FELICITY PORTER and THE NEXT WRONG THING. An alum of UCB and The Groundlings, Kate regularly performs improv & sketch comedy around Los Angeles. She is one half of the comedy duo SAFETY SCHOOL where she writes and stars in original sketches, some of which have reached over 1 million likes. She has led countless narrative shorts and brings an extensive theater background to both stage and screen.
